Cindy Whitmarsh is a highly respected fitness professional with over 25 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. Her distinguished career includes fitness business ownership, authorship of two fitness books and a cookbook, and national recognition as an exercise television personality through DVDs, infomercials, and long-standing media appearances. She has served as the Good Morning San Diego fitness expert for more than two decades.

My name is Doug McKay Weightlifting Performance Coach certified by the NSPA. I am a strength coach who started lifting weights at age 12 and co-owned a gym at age 27.
My training methodology is based on strength training, calisthenics and the olympic lifts.
Most of my time today is spent outdoors in San Diego “strength training” clients as a Weightlifting Performance Coach certified by the NSPA | National Sports Performance Association.

His training background began early—at eight years old in Argentina, when his father introduced him to Kyokushin karate, establishing a foundation of discipline, physical resilience, and consistency.

McKenna entered the fitness world four years ago after making the big move from Vermont to San Diego. She began her journey as a group fitness coach, where she thrived on cultivating connections and creating an uplifting environment where people felt safe, supported, and energized. Inspired by the power of group training, McKenna decided to expand into a more intentional, one-on-one coaching space—allowing her to build stronger relationships and help clients reach their unique goals.
